From the pleadings it appears that admitted dues of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6606 of 2012 dt.04-12-2015 2/3 petitioner have substantially been paid to her, if not fully. With regard to Earned Leave, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the total accumulated earned leave was 408 days and thus she was entitled to get maximum permissible of 300 days which has not been done. With regard to Group Insurance it is submitted that the same has not been paid though as per the stand of the respondent University, the same has to be paid by the Life Insurance Corporation of India to whom they have also forwarded the claim.

Learned counsel for the University submits that they shall follow it up with the Life Insurance Corporation of India and ensure that payments are made.

The petitioner shall be at liberty to file a representation before the University with regard to leave encashment of her late husband showing that he was entitled to more than what has been paid to him. With regard to Group Insurance the University shall ensure that all admitted dues to the petitioner are made within one month. Similarly, payment with regard to difference of Dearness Allowance on account of Pay Revision for the period 2006-2009 shall also be paid to the petitioner within four weeks.

The aforementioned exercise shall be carried out by the respondents as per the timeframe indicated above from the date of production of a copy of this order before the respondents no. 4 and 5.
