ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 28-08-2015 The Petitioner seeks cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the Opposite Parties No.2, 3 and 4 by order dated 16.1.2015 passed by the Sessions Judge, Nalanda vide A.B.P. No.97 of 2015 in connection with Sarmera P.S. case No.117 of 2014.
It has been submitted that the private Opposite Parties were not entitled to anticipatory bail since the provisions of SC & ST Act have been levelled.
I find from the order of the Sessions Judge that he had considered the fact that no ingredients for the offence under the SC & ST Act was available. I see no reason for interference. The application stands dismissed.
