The petitioners, four in number, apprehend their arrest in Bhargama P.S. Case No. 194/2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 380, 325, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the informant, her father-in-law and other family members due to old dispute. It is submitted that prior to lodging of the present case, petitioner no. 3 lodged Bhargama P.S. Case No. 193/15 against the informant and others. The present case is the counter-blast of the case lodged by the petitioner no. 3. The informant and other injured persons sustained simple injuries.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8421 of 2016 (3) dt.20-06-2016 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact the injured persons got simple injuries, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Kumar Amit Manu, A.C.J.M., Araria in Bhargama P.S. Case No. 194/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
