This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 22.01.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 79378 of 2019. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that due to inadvertence name of the father of petitioner No. 1 in the cause title of the order dated 22.01.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 79378 of 2019 has been wrongly mentioned as "Allah Mahto" though it should have been "Late Sevak Mahto". It is further submitted that period of surrender may be

In view of the submission made above, this application is allowed and the order dated 22.01.2020 is modified to the extent that the name of the father of petitioner No. 1 should be treated to be "Late Sevak Mahto" and the period of surrender is extended for further four weeks on the terms and conditions mentioned in the order dated 22.01.2020.
