JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL JUDGMENT 01-04-2015 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner realizing the preliminary objection raised by learned counsel for Life Insurance Corporation of India as with regard to maintainability of this writ application on account of presence of statutory remedy of memorial in terms of Rule-49 of the L.I.C Staff Regulation 1960, seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to enable the petitioner to file memorial.

That being so this application is permitted to be

Patna High Court CWJC No.5005 of 2015 (2) dt.01-04-2015 withdrawn with the aforementioned liberty.

It goes without saying that if the petitioner would file his memorial, the same shall be disposed of expeditiously by the competent authority.
