This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Some unknown criminals committed theft of submersible boring pump of the informant. The same was recovered from the behind of the school. The petitioner is in custody since 04.11.2016.

Submission of the petitioner is that nothing was recovered from the possession of this petitioner and on suspicion he has been named in this case.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 510 of 2016 (G.R. No. 2759 of 2016) to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua, or successor Court. (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
