For the Petitioner/s :

Mr. Shankar Kumar, Advocate For the Opposite Party/s :

Mr. Madan Kumar, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 06-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Kochas P.S. Case No. 66 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

On the secret information received by the police, a raid was conducted at the house of this petitioner and from there 11 mobiles and a motorcycle bearing registration no. BR45-3039 were recovered and in this respect, seizure list was prepared by the police officials.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21849 of 2021(2) dt.06-01-2022 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

From perusal of the seizure list, it is apparent that from the house of this petitioner 11 mobiles with different SIMs and a motorcycle were recovered as well as para-3 of the petition shows that petitioner has two criminal antecedents, as such, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
