The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case NO.5 of 2014 registered under section 364 of the IPC.

The petitioners are alleged to have taken the son of the informant to Banglore but only two days thereafter, the son became traceless.

It is submitted that the petitioners are innocent but only suspicion, the informant and the witnesses have stated that the petitioner had taken the boy.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail and accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) ahk/- U T
