The petitioner seeks bail in Barauli P.S. Case No. 155/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 401, 413, 414, 411, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The police on secret information that petitioner and others are indulged in committing theft of vehicle and selling the same after forging the documents, raided a place. The petitioner and one Dharmnath Prasad made attempt to flee away, but the petitioner and Dharmnath Prasad were apprehended with Bolero vehicle.

It is submitted that petitioner has got no criminal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12156 of 2017 (2) dt.20-03-2017 antecedent and for recovery of arms and ammunition, a separate case was filed. The petitioner is in jail since 27.07.2016. The other co-accused Dharmnath Prasad has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. 7564/2017. Almost all the accused persons have been granted bail by different benches of this Court. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Assistant Sessions Judge Ist, Gopalganj in connection with Barauli P.S.
