The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bairgania P.S. Case No. 184 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 413, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submit that in the instant case one motorcycle was recovered which is said to be stolen one. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no concern with the stolen motorcycle. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 12.8.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for more than 06 months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner above named, be released
