JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-03-2019 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S.Case No. 96 of 2013 registered under Sections 307 and 324/34 of the Indian penal Code.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 14.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73825 of 2018 with observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail once charge is framed in this case.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that charge has been framed and he is in custody since 18.09.2018. Heard learned APP also.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional
