The petitioner seeks bail in G.O. Case No. 102 of 2013 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 08 of 2017 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. 70 liters of country made liquor made of Mahua and 7 quintals Mahua were recovered from the joint house of the petitioner. For that the petitioner is in jail since 25.12.2016. The petitioner has remained in jail for more than four months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Assistant Sessions
