Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. As per FIR, allegation against the petitioner and 13 other accused persons have committed murder of the husband of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence as alleged in the FIR. He further submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and there is no any independent

Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail petition.

Perused the case diary, witnesses have supported the prosecution case. The petitioner was present in the said car by which the deceased was taken away thereafter, the dead body was found.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 277 of 2019 from the Court of learned J.M.-1st Class, Uda-Kishunganj (Madhepura).

Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
