JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,324,307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of causing injury to the informant and informant's brother by means of Farsa and dagger. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the injuries of the informant and his brother have been found to be simple and the case was filed by the petitioners' side at earlier point of time. There is counter version of the occurrence also and the petitioners' side also received injury. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named
