The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the nature of allegation under the provisions of Indian Penal Code, and statement of the petitioners on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent as well as the land dispute is the reason behind the allegation, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11255 of 2019(2) dt.25-02-2019 2/2 from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20000/- (Twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below where the case is pending in connection with Parbatta Police Station Case No 454 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
