2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 25(1-b)2/26(3) of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner was found running a illegal arms factory and he is in custody since 06.10.2023.

4. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. This application for regular bail is dismissed for the present.
