Petitioner nos.2 to 4 have been made named accused in Phulwarisharif P.S.Case No. 8 of 2014 dated 3rd January, 2014 registered for the offence punishable under section 135 of the

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.216 of 2014 dt.21-01-2015 2/2 Electricity Act, 2003. By filing the present application under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners have prayed for quashing of the aforesaid F.I.R.

The allegations made in the F.I.R. do constitute a cognizable offence.

In that view of the matter, I find no merit in the present application. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Pradeep/- U T
