Petitioner is accused in connection with Jamhore P.S. Case No. 35 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307 and 302 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 63685 of 2019 on 14.02.2020 on merit.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by different Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 6753 of 2021, 28086 of 2020 and 33372 of 2020 on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17742 of 2021(2) dt.10-03-2021 2/2 10.02.2021, 25.01.2021 and 17.02.2021 respectively. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-IX, Aurangabad in connection with Jamhore P.S.
