The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Manjhi P.S. Case No. 125 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that specific accusation of assault is against co-accused Raja Mahto and others. So far as this petitioner is concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be

No.12586 of 2022(2) dt.16-08-2022 2/2 enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate XIII, Chapra, Saran in connection with Manjhi P.S.
