Claim made in the instant writ petition is for grant of benefits under the Assured Career Progression (for brevity, ACP) Scheme. Petitioner claims to be employee of the Consolidation Office. It is his submission that dues on account of benefits under ACP has been ascertained by the office. However, the benefits under the same have not been paid. Petitioner, for his claim, has approached the Consolidation Officer (respondent No 4). However, till date, no final decision has been taken in respect of the petitioner's claim.
