Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Birpur P.S. Case No. 131 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that this petitioner along with her family members subjected her daughter to physical and mental torture due to non-fulfilment of demand of dowry and ultimately, informant's daughter was done to death by the accused persons.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10379 of 2020(2) dt.30-09-2020 2/2 implicated in this case. Petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation. Petitioner is an old lady and living separately from her son and daughter-inlaw (deceased) and has no concern with the family affairs of deceased. Petitioner has got clean antecedent which is mentioned at para 3 of the bail petition.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ist, Begusarai in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 131 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
