This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.21 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 302, 307/504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that in similar circumstance, co-accused Arvind Mahto @ Arvind Mahton has been allowed regular bail by this Court by order dated 18.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71610 of 2019.

On perusal of the said order dated 18.12.2019, I find force in the submission made on behalf of the petitioner. This application is accordingly allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10346 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Begusarai, in Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 21 of 2019.
