JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 17-03-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary correction in paragraph-14 of the bail petition that 14.02.2016 has been typed instead of 14.12.2016. Heard both sides.

The petitioners seek bail in Dumra P.S. Case No. 323 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 136 of the Electricity Act.

One crane driver namely Satya Prakash @ Pappu was apprehended who disclosed that some persons are following him to load electric poles on his truck.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that name of the petitioners were disclosed by the co-accused Satya Prakash @

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11651 of 2017 (2) dt.17-03-2017 2/2 Pappu, the driver of the crane. The petitioners were coming from Janki Mandir on the vehicle of his brother and he has no manner of concern with the theft article. Co-accused Satya Prakash @ Pappu has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9728 of 2017.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Dumra P.S.
