Let the petitioner surrender and pray for regular bail before CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S.Case No.176 of 2014. The allegations against the petitioner shall be considered by the court below in the background of submission which were recorded by the learned Sessions Judge, Hajipur in his rejection order passed in ABP No.300 of 2015. The court below shall never be influenced by the Sections of offences inserted in the FIR and shall consider the individual allegations in the light of the defence of the petitioner to be placed before him at the time of hearing of the bail petitions. The court below shall also not be allowed to be prejudiced by any order of rejection of bail under Section 438 Cr.P.c.
