This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Bishambharpur PS Case No. 146 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 103 and 104 of the Trade Mark Act and Section 65 of the Copy Right Act.

It is alleged that petitioner is involved in duplicating and forging the products of Dabur India Limited. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that offence under the Trade Mark Act and Copy Right Act is bailable one and as such petitioner deserves bail. He further submits that petitioner

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 19.12.2018, this application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Bishambharpur PS Case No. 146 of 2018.
