Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kaslyanpur P.S. Case No. 84 of 2016 registered for the offences under Sections- 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 47(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in the present case on confessional statement of co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court in vide order dated 06.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9915 of 2017. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 20.02.2017.

Case No. 84 of 2016.
