Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,324,307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner allegedly caused dagger blow at the abdomen of the informant. The Doctor has found consistent injury. Petitioner is in custody since 19.12.2018. Considering the nature of allegation and material, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail for the present in connection with Bagaha (Patkhouli) P.S.Case No.621 of 2018 pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st Bagaha, West Champaran. Hence, prayer is refused.
