2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) to issue writ/ writs, order/orders, direction/ directions including a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 30.05.2023 passed in Forest Revision Case No. 02/2022 by the Principal Secretary cum Revisional Authority, Patna (Respondent NO. 2), whereby and where under he has been dismissed the Revision petition in routine manner, (as contained in

Patna High Court CWJC No.4003 of 2026(3) dt.31-07-2026 2/3 Annexure P/7). Further to quash the order dated 13.09.2021 passed in Forest Appeal Case No. 01/2019 by the District Magistrate cum Appellate Authority Rohtass at Sasaram (Respondent No. 3) he has been refused to release finally the vehicle bearing Registration No. BR 24 G-1486 in favour of the petitioner and also affirmed the order dated 10.02.2018 passed by the District Forest Officer, Rohtas (as contained in Annexure P/5) (Respondent No. 4) without looking the facts and circumstances of the case of the petitioner. It is further quashed the order dated 10.02.2018 passed in Forest Confiscation Case No. 117/2017 (D+G) arising out of Forest Case No. 48/2017 dated 23.04.2017 by the Respondent Divisional Forest Officer Cum Confiscating Authority, Rohtas at Sasaram (Respondent No. 4) (as contained in Annexure P/4);

(ii) to issue a writ/ writs, order / orders, direction /directions including a writ in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4003 of 2026(3) dt.31-07-2026 3/3 nature of Mandamus directing the Respondents to release finally the vehicle Truck bearing Registration No. BR 24 G1486 in his favour forthwith;

(iii) for granting any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner may be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. On 14.05.2026, four weeks' time after summer vacation was granted to remove the defect(s) and the order was peremptory.

4. As the same was not complied, it stood rejected on 13.07.2026.
