It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that claim of ACP by counting service from 09.12.1986 is pending before Director, Department of Science and Technology (respondent no.2) and also salary for the period 08.12.1994 to 24.11.1995 i.e while petitioner was waiting for posting.

In view of limited grievance, this court disposes off the writ petition with direction to respondent no.2 (Director, Department of Science and Technology, Government of Bihar, Patna) to decide the claim of the petitioner raised in two representations dated 05.07.2010 and 30.04.2015 (annexures 8

Patna High Court CWJC No.3848 of 2016(2) dt.02-05-2019 2/2 and 9 of writ petition) by reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

It is made clear that if any amount due and admissible, same should be paid to the petitioner within eight weeks thereafter.
