The petitioner is in custody in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 144 of 2018, for the offence under Sections 25 (1-a)/25 (1-aa)/25 (1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that petitioner is 70 years old and nothing was recovered from his conscious possession.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is 70 years old person and nothing was recovered from his conscious possession, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
