The petitioner seeks bail in Rohtas P.S. case No. 36 of 2017 under Section 30 (a) (d), 36, 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The petitioner was apprehended while carrying 20 liters of country made Mahua liquor in a tube and for that the petitioner is in jail since 20.02.2017. The petitioner has already remained in jail for two months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Dehri, Rohtas in Rohtas P.S.
