The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 457, 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of theft is against unknown.

Submission is that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 14.11.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
