Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of resumption of normal court proceedings. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within stipulated period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.
The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 06.01.2022 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No.4968 of 2019 along with Cr. Appeal (SJ) No.4631 of 2019 to the extent of extending the period of surrender, as the petitioners could not

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by four weeks from today in connection with SC/ST P.S. Case No.35 of 2019, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, SC/ST (POA) Act, Begusarai, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) each in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar.
The order dated 06.01.2022 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
