Having regard to the fact that the process of recruitment of Assam Rifles Examination-2012, has been long over and in fact thereafter a fresh advertisement has been made for fresh recruitment of the year-2013, this Court would find it difficult to now interfere in the matter.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4984 of 2015 (2) dt.01-04-2015 Nothing said in this order however shall stand in the way of the petitioner in approaching the authorities for reconsideration of his case in the light of the facts mentioned by him in his representation.

With the aforementioned observation, this application is disposed of.
