JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 14-10-2019 Pursuant to order of writ court dated 28.03.2018 petitioners' claim for regularization has been rejected. Petitioners' counsel submits that rejection is unsustainable in the eye of law.
