Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of resumption of normal court proceeding. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dagarua P.S. Case No.160/2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 365, 302, 176, 177, 182, 186, 194, 196, 201, 203, 211, 212, 202 and 120(B) of the IPC.

Earlier, the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected on merit vide order dated 28.05.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.88 of 2020 by this Court.

Having gone through the submissions of the parties and on perusal of the bail application, I find no new ground taken by the petitioner for grant of bail, as such, the prayer for bail is rejected.
