2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 196 of 2024 for the offence punishable under Sections 318(4), 336(3), 336(4), 340(2), 352, 351(2), 351(4) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., lodged on 03.11.2024 by the informant Shashi Prakash.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be surrendering before the concerned court in next four weeks from today.

4. As such, he may be permitted to withdraw the petition.

5. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
