Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chanan P. S. case no. 08/2012 registered under sections 307, 379 as well as other allied sections of the IPC and 27 of the Arms Act. Petitioner was neither caught at the spot nor from the house of Dhirendra Yadav and admittedly, name of this petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Budhan Yadav who was caught by the informant and other villagers from the house of Dhirendra Yadav. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent which is evident from perusal of para 3 of this petition. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four
