Following are the reliefs sought for in the present writ application:
"(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondents-authority especially the Drawing & Disbursing Officer, Gandhi Middle School, Daulatganj, Chapra and District Education Officer to comply the letter dated 21-03-2018 and 10-09-2018
Patna High Court CWJC No.1062 of 2019(2) dt.15-01-2019 2/2 whereby repeatedly the Principal Judge, Family Court, Saran at Chapra has directed the Drawing and Disbursing Officer-cumHeadmaster, to deduct the amount from the salary of the Respondent No. 8 and credit in the account of the petitioner No. 1 but in collusion with the Respondent No. 8 the respondents authority are not following the order of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Saran at Chapra.
(ii) For further direction to the Respondents authority to hold an inquiry against the Drawing and Disbursing Officer for non-compliance of the specific direction of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Saran at Chapra and take appropriate disciplinary action against the Respondent No. 8".
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to move before the Family Court, for execution of the order as mentioned above.
Permission is accorded.
The present writ application stands dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
