This application for regular bail arises out Andharatharhi P.S. Case No. 76 of 2019 (G.R. No. 1655 of 2019), disclosing offences punishable under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

There are three persons named in the FIR including the petitioner. It appears that from the possession of the petitioner and other two accused persons the police recovered three stolen motorcycles.

Considering the fact that the stolen motorcycle was recovered from the petitioner's possession, for the present, I am not inclined to grant privilege of regular bail to the petitioner. This application is rejected.
