The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bidupur P.S. Case No. 215 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case in brief is that this petitioner assaulted the informant by means of sickle on his neck and shoulder, as a result of which he sustained injuries. It is submitted that petitioner is none else than son of informant and due to property dispute the alleged altercation took place in which informant sustained simple injuries. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court

No.12535 of 2022(2) dt.16-08-2022 2/2 below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District & Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 215 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
