Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 365 ( C - 2)/ 2014 in which cognizance has been taken under section 47A of the Excise Act. Taking into consideration that 4.5 liter foreign liquor is said to have been recovered from the hotel of the petitioner and admittedly, petitioner was not arrested at the spot, let the petitioner, in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount
