The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 119 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant Laddu Tanti with Khanti on his head.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one simple injury is found on the forehead of the informant. There is a counter version being Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 120 of 2016 which was registered from the side of the petitioner. Six persons were injured from the side of the petitioner and co-accused Raju Rajak has already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12003 of 2017 (4) dt.22-06-2017 2/2 named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 119 of 2016, Subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
