The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.172 of 2019 registered for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the fact that the allegation against the petitioners is of committing forgery in the documents for the purpose of transferring land of the complainant, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to them. Prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
