Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Runni Saidpur P.S. Case No. 477 of 2016 registered for the offences under Sections- 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 30G/38(1)(2) of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The Vehicle from which recovery has been made does not belong to petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 15.12.2016.
