In this case, a grievance has been raised by the petitioner that the Indian Oil Corporation is proposing to set up an outlet in the zone which has been earmarked for the development of forest.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6676 of 2019 dt.03-09-2019 2/2 If the petitioner has any grievance against the opening of an outlet of the Indian Oil Corporation on the aforesaid place, he may raise his objection before the District Magistrate, Samastipur, who will examine every aspect of the matter and will take a decision in accordance with law.
