The petitioner is in custody in connection with Complaint Case No. C-156 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 472, 473 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having regard to the fact that rupees five lakhs was credited in the instant case, the Court is inclined to grant bail to this petitioner, let, the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one Lakh) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Complaint Case No. C-156 of 2018.
