2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals killed the deceased.

4. During investigation it has come that there is no direct evidence against the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 11.08.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17879 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/2 bail after framing of charge if the charge has not been framed yet on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-III, Patna City/concerned Court below in connection with S. Tr. No. 16 of 2024 arising out of Khushrupur P.S. Case No. 313 of 2023.
