Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 512 of 2013 registered under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that complainant wants to grab the land of the share of the petitioner and with that intention only the present case has been lodged. The dispute between the parties is purely civil in nature. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 14.12.2016.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the
