Pursuant to the last order, the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna and the S.H.O of Ram Krishna Nagar Police Station appeared in this Court.

The Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna submits that all the accused persons have been exonerated in the investigation and a Final Form has also been submitted by the police.
